Adam Roscher brings unmatched experience, insight, and passion to every practice he serves.  For the past 11 years, he has served as the EHR Training Manager and Onboarding Specialist at Crystal Practice Management, where he designed and implemented industry-leading training programs, optimized onboarding processes, and built scalable systems for CPT coding, VSP integration, and optical workflow configuration.
 

Known for his clear communication, approachable style, and deep commitment to client success, Adam founded Blue Moon Optometric Advisors to help independent practices thrive in a competitive landscape. He offers consulting services in practice management, workflow optimization, staff training, EHR utilization, revenue cycle improvement, and more.
 

When he’s not transforming optometric offices, Adam finds inspiration in jazz music, beachside reflection, and time spent with his wife Sonya and their five dogs—including two beloved Siberian Huskies. His personal resilience and professional dedication make him a trusted partner for any practice seeking lasting results.

 With more than three decades in the optometric industry, Adam brings deep technical expertise, instructional savvy, and strategic vision to every engagement. Beginning his career as a lab technician at EyeMasters, Adam developed a deep understanding of optical operations from the ground up. His career spans hands-on optical lab work, front-line clinical support, and enterprise-level EHR implementations—culminating in the founding of Blue Moon Optometric Advisors, LLC in January 2025.

 Adam has personally trained hundreds of optometric professionals and represented Crystal Practice Management at major industry conferences, user training events, and webinars. His expertise spans not only the technical aspects of EHR systems but also the human side of implementation—ensuring staff are confident, efficient, and empowered.
